Shipping policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

INKEDWOLF is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is within 7 days of order confirmation PAN India, though this may vary due to various circumstances. Please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays, etc.) may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information. InkedWolf is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other events may cause delays. InkedWolf will do its best to keep you informed of any significant delays.

Package Refusal

If you choose to refuse a package for any reason, please note that you may be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any restocking fees that may apply.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order twice. If they fail to deliver, your package will return to us. If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
