Refund policy

At Inkedwolf, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds or exchanges under the following scenarios:

Wrong Product

If you accidentally receive an incorrect product, you are eligible for a complete refund or exchange. For instance, if you ordered a hoodie but received a t-shirt, we will process a full refund or exchange.

Wrong Print

If you receive a product with a completely different print than what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. For example, if you ordered a t-shirt with a "Stay Cool" design and received a t-shirt with a "Dog Lover" print, we will process a full refund or exchange.

Wrong Color

If you receive a product in a color different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. For example, if you ordered a black hoodie and received a blue one, we will process a full refund or exchange. We recommend referring to our color codes guide for accurate color selection, as minor discrepancies may occur due to variations in screen brightness, hue, individual display settings, and lighting conditions in the product images.

Wrong Size

If you receive a product in the wrong size, we will offer an exchange for the correct size. Please ensure you refer to our size chart before placing an order to minimize size-related issues.

Note: Models in mockups sometimes wear a size bigger or smaller to achieve a loose, tight, or perfect fit that best represents the product. We strongly advise referring to the size chart before placing an order and selecting the size that feels most comfortable and confident for yourself.

Received Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a complete refund or exchange. It is recommended to make an unboxing video to facilitate the refund process. Please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving the damaged item to initiate the return process.

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

We strive to depict our products as accurately as possible to ensure that the colors you see on your screen closely match the original items. However, minor discrepancies may occur due to variations in screen brightness, hue, and individual display settings. Additionally, there may be minor differences in the appearance of clothing products as they are worn by models photographed under certain lighting conditions.

Each garment is printed on demand, so design coverage and placement are approximate. Our image mockups provide an approximate estimation of how the actual product will look and feel. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Non-Eligible Scenarios for Refunds or Exchanges

  • Failure to contact us within the specified return period (7 days from receiving your order, inclusive of weekends and public holidays) will result in ineligibility for a refund or exchange.
  • If the product received has the correct print, color, and size as ordered but you do not find it appealing after receiving it.
  • Any issues arising from incorrect sizing due to not referring to our size chart.
  • Lack of sufficient proofs during the damaged product claim could result in non-eligibility.
  • Damage to the product caused during unboxing will result in ineligibility for a refund or exchange.

Return or Exchange Process

  • Contact Us:
    • Send us an email at orders@inkedwolf.com within 7 days of delivery.
    • Include your order number in the email subject.
    • Provide a detailed explanation for the return or exchange, along with supporting images and videos.
  • Next Steps:
    • Our support team will review your request and verify its eligibility within 3 working days (Holidays and Weekends excluded).
    • If the request is valid, we will dispatch you a fresh product as a replacement and share a tracking id for the same once manifested by the courier company. You can expect to receive your package within 7 business days of the courier manifest generation.
    • If the request is ineligible, we will contact you with an explanation.
    • Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, eligible refund requests will be processed promptly. You will have the option to choose from the refund methods mentioned below.

 

Refund Methods
Once your return is processed, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed the quality inspection.

Postpaid Orders: For orders paid via cash on delivery, you will receive gift cards immediately upon approval of the refund claim. These gift cards can be used to purchase any product from the Inkedwolf store. You can use the balance either partially or in full, or combine it with another form of payment when purchasing an item of higher value than the gift card.

Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders, refunds can be processed in one of the following ways:

  • Gift cards, which can be used to purchase any product from the Inkedwolf store immediately.
  • Credited back to the original payment account within 7-10 working days.

Specific Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges

Size Discrepancies: If there are any size discrepancies, please provide photographic evidence to demonstrate the mismatch. Include a clearly taken photograph of the mismatched size garment along with a measuring tape to validate the claim.

Unboxing Precautions: Carefully unbox the package. If the package is damaged while opening it with scissors or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we receive an unpacking video. The video can be shared with us via email in mp4 format.

Damage Upon Delivery: If you notice any damage to the package when receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us facilitate a refund claim with the courier service. It is advised to take a picture of the delivered parcel with damaged packaging before accepting the courier. If the packaging damage is capable of damaging the product, this picture helps us judge the same. These pictures can be shared with us over email.

Condition of Returned Items: All tags, freebies, and product-related items must be in the exact same condition as when received. Missing items may result in the cancellation of the refund or exchange. The product should be unused and in good condition (not worn for any other purpose other than to try the product for fitting), unsoiled, and no crease lines should be visible.
